Resister is a London based women owned Music Agency, born to fight the lack of female and non-binary representation in the music for media & brand space industry. The brand has become known as the first Music Supervision agency to create a dedicated home for female & gender minority music talent.
The re-branding aims to communicate the brand’s essence by using bold typography to suggest that we must ‘turn up the volume’ on issues ignored by the music industry. The visuals echo the style of infographics to highlight statistical information which is integral to the values of Resister, and that these stats need to change for the better.
The Variable identity system allows for the logo to stretch itself as a symbol of what the brand aims to do, by exerting efforts to follow their mission of changing the biased statistical landscape of the music industry.
